It’s rather funny how girls aim for this kind of body and yet they don’t do anything to actually achieve it. Girls honestly have it easy, to get this kind of body, all you need is decent exercise, and a decent diet. You don’t have to starve yourself, all you need to do is eliminate all carbs from your diet, that added with decent exercise, and you will have this type of body in no time at all. It’s honestly not that hard. You either get off your ass and achieve this, or stop fucking complaining with a pizza in your hand.

Just reblogging for comment, but um, this person is not a prick? I am a girl, a fairly skinny girl on a good day, and I lost puppyfat? It’s had me realise that for me it’s not about body image anymore and being perfect so that society will like me, it’s about my health. You can die from being obese, or illness linked to obesity, no one is naturally obese, if they were, we wouldn’t die from it. All these girls are envious of these bodys, and it’s simple, eat a healthy diet, and up your excersize. If you want a bisuit, have a carrot. Want t take the elevator? Take the stairs. Society only hates fat bodys because fat bodys are killing us. I used to think ‘pfft I can be happy whatever size I am,’ but my mother just got diagnosed with a pre diabetes type, which gave her a scare, she is not the skinniest women alive, and has come to terms with the fact that it’s not just body image anymore, it’s her life. So stop talking shit to this person, they had something to say. And I noticed that yes, I was putting off things, I said to myself before eating a biscuit ‘1 wont hurt’, but if it’s 1, twenty times a day, it really does. Stop making excuses for yourselves, think about your health and what you want to be like when you are your mothers age; healthy, or still making excuses?

This woman pole dances like she plans to take it to the Olympics and win the gold. It gets good at 1:20.

At the 3:20 mark it becomes unbelievable.

I generally don’t reblog cute/cool/interesting things very often. I just appreciate them. But this has left me mouth agape and speechless. This woman defies gravity in ways I didn’t even think was possible, and with an easy charm that just blows my mind. Watch it to the end. Seriously.

I really wouldn’t be surprised if she had some circus training or if she learned some of these things by watching movies with old circus performers. They used to do this kind of thing all the time - I haven’t been to a real circus in years so I’m not sure if they still have performers that do this (though I’m sure they do). She is VERY good, and solid muscle.

When I watched this for the first time forever ago, my mind was fucking blown. To this day, my mind is still fucking blown.

Can you believe it’s been almost six years since this wonderful man passed away? He was only 44 when that happened. It’s not very often that a person like him comes along. But, I’m just glad that the world got to see his true compassion and kindness towards animals. He will forever be one of my role models. Rest easy, Steve.
